An Involuntary Day Off

Not so fast, Sharon. We've got some mopping to do.

Sometimes, you just need a day off. Whether you work a 9 - 5 job in an office, are a cross-country truck driver, or pull loads in a warehouse, sometimes the body and mind need rest and recovery to operate to their highest potential.
Saying that, nobody wants a forced day off, like what you would get in the event of a flood or a fire at your place of work. Unfortunately, this happens fairly frequently and is very seldom expected. SERVPRO of Hacienda Heights / Rowland Heights knows all too well that time lost is money lost when it comes to production and work.

In our local service area, we have quite a few businesses. These range from warehouses, retail stores, distribution centers, restaurants, and numerous others. When we get a call to one of these businesses, we know that time and speed are of the utmost importance. However, we never lower our standards or try any less than we would on a job where the deadlines are a bit more relaxed. Rather than settle, we raise our bar and push harder.

Yes, days off are important. Yes, downtime is crucial. No, SERVPRO of Hacienda Heights / Rowland Heights doesn't take days off because we know that your business is your livlihood.
