SERVPRO of Hacienda Heights/Rowland Heights was extremely busy a year ago. When the pandemic began, non-essential employees stayed home 24/7, as well as kids out of school. Everyone's life changed. SERVPRO was considered an essential employee and we were lucky to continue to work, and assist families and those essential businesses to stay open during water, fire and mold events. SERVPRO introduced our new Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned program and we were constantly assisting essential businesses, medical offices and warehouses on disinfecting their space with COVID-19 spreading and affecting many people. We were always there to help out. Our technicians worked so hard, we couldn't have a better team. We are still keeping busy with local residential locations and local businesses in the area, we noticed a hike in calls due to more people being home with water and fire jobs.
