Water Heater Leak in Hemet, CA

This Water Damaged Laundry room in Hemet, CA was the result of a water heater leak inside of the exterior water heater closet. The materials affected were the water heater closet along with the particle sub-floor and vinyl underneath where the water heater was located. The water damage affected the Laundry room as well. Affecting the homes laminate flooring and vinyl underlayment. Demolition was required because of the extent of the saturation. The Laundry room flooring had to be removed. The home owner was very pleased with the work that was done and since flooring was removed drying was successful.
